1. Terms of Service

1. Scope & Purpose

ALCHEMIST WRITER BOOK & PUBLISHER (the 'Platform'), a division and brand of Alchemist Media Group LLC (Wyoming, United States), provides advanced artificial intelligence tools for drafting, editing, typesetting, publishing, and selling digital and physical books and literary works.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service.

3. User Account & Security

Users must provide true, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Authors retain full, exclusive ownership of all copyrights and intellectual property in the manuscripts, texts, and original works created on the Platform.
• Users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, display, process, and distribute content as necessary to deliver chosen features (such as bookstore listing).
• The Platform claims no ownership, copyright transfer, or equity interest in user-created books.

5. Artificial Intelligence Technology

• The Platform uses advanced generative AI systems to assist writing and design processes.
• Users acknowledge that AI outputs may require review and fact-checking. A human editorial check is recommended prior to commercial distribution.

6. Publishing, Human Review & Sales

Authors may publish works to the integrated Bookstore or export formats (EPUB, PDF, KDP). Bookstore distribution includes automated AI verification and requires a verification fee based on manuscript length: €3.00 per 1,000 words, minimum €9.99 (or the TND equivalent at the platform rate). The administration decides, for each manuscript, whether it is fully proofread by a certified reviewer. The fee becomes non-refundable once a reviewer has accepted the assignment. Sales royalties follow our transparent commission tiers based on net price.

7. Royalties & Payouts

Net earnings from bookstore sales are credited directly to your author balance in real time. Payouts can be requested via supported processors (Stripe Connect, bank transfer) upon meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Content

Users may not upload, publish, or distribute illegal, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, or spam content. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Users may close their account at any time via the Account management dashboard.

10. Limitation of Technical Liability

Authors remain solely responsible for published contents. The Platform acts as a technical infrastructure and hosting service provider.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law rules, and without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (EU and international). Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wyoming, USA.

Author Bookstore Royalty Tiers

Percentages apply to net proceeds after Stripe payment processing fees (~2.9% + €0.30).
