By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service.
Users must provide true, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
Authors may publish works to the integrated Bookstore or export formats (EPUB, PDF, KDP). Bookstore distribution includes automated AI verification and requires a verification fee based on manuscript length: €3.00 per 1,000 words, minimum €9.99 (or the TND equivalent at the platform rate). The administration decides, for each manuscript, whether it is fully proofread by a certified reviewer. The fee becomes non-refundable once a reviewer has accepted the assignment. Sales royalties follow our transparent commission tiers based on net price.
Net earnings from bookstore sales are credited directly to your author balance in real time. Payouts can be requested via supported processors (Stripe Connect, bank transfer) upon meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold.
Users may not upload, publish, or distribute illegal, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, or spam content. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Users may close their account at any time via the Account management dashboard.
Authors remain solely responsible for published contents. The Platform acts as a technical infrastructure and hosting service provider.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law rules, and without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (EU and international). Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wyoming, USA.
We collect information strictly necessary to provide our services: account information (name, email), generated book content, usage telemetry, and secure transaction records.
Data is processed to provide AI writing features, fulfill publication services, process payouts, prevent security breaches, and maintain platform integrity.
We never sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Data is shared only with vetted cloud infrastructure and PCI-compliant payment gateways.
All data is securely hosted on hardened cloud servers (Firebase / GCP) with robust encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
You have the right to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete your personal data at any time by contacting support@alchemistwriter.com.
The Platform uses strictly necessary functional cookies for authentication state and secure session management.
Data is retained while your account remains active, and safely purged or anonymized upon account deletion according to legal requirements.
The author is the creative director. When distributing to external retailers (e.g., Amazon KDP), authors must abide by required AI-disclosure guidelines.
Users must ensure their manuscripts do not infringe third-party trademarks or protected literary copyrights.
Users hold full commercial exploitation rights over generated, edited, and formatted manuscripts created with their paid plan.
Automated filters prevent the generation of harmful, abusive, hateful, or explicit material.
Certified Reviewers are independent contractors providing literary critique, proofreading, and quality feedback to authors submitting books to the Bookstore.
Reviewers execute an electronic non-disclosure agreement prohibiting any copying, distribution, or unauthorized disclosure of manuscripts.
Reviewers must accept assignments within 48 hours and deliver reviews within the required timeframe (48h for standard, 24h for express).
Reviewers earn, for each completed review, a fee based on the length of the fully proofread manuscript (€2.50 per 1,000 words, minimum €2.50), funded by the author's verification fee, without any deduction from bookstore author royalties.
Payments made for subscriptions, AI credits, and digital publication tools relate to digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law, all payments are non-refundable once service provision begins.
By purchasing immediate online access to digital goods and services, the user expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges the waiver of withdrawal rights once consumption or generation begins.
In verified cases of technical error (duplicate billing, system outage preventing access), contact billing@alchemistwriter.com within 14 days for a prompt full or partial refund.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your Account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle with no pro-rata refund.
Verification fees (€3.00 per 1,000 words, minimum €9.99, or the TND equivalent) are non-refundable once a Reviewer has accepted the assignment.
